As Men get older we must lean into even greater physical challenges and deeper spiritual growth! We must die to who we were yesterday and become a new version of ourselves, stronger, deeper and wiser.
I have a “Systems Approach” to losing fat and gaining muscle and getting significantly stronger in your 40’s and 50’s.
Wholistic? Yes, but not in the hippie sense. There are multiple factors at play that stop you from achieving your ideal body. We need to address all of them, if you’re going to become the strongest, fittest version of yourself ever! this year!
From 40 our bodies are different, what works for some people doesn’t work for everyone. Unfortunately the traditional PT approach that works for women, and some young men, most definitely doesn’t work for men in middle-age.

Strength Is A Mindset
It’s a lifestyle, prioritising your wellbeing, reducing your stress, improving your sleep, and slowly lifting heavier and heavier stuff. As you smash your Personal Bests you gain a strength mindset which spills over into every other aspect of your life.

Channel Your Anger
Stress, burnout, heartbreak, mental breakdowns, anxiety, depression, rage, hate, loss, grief all need to be directed in healthy ways that make you grow and gain real inner strength and increased physical power and prowess.

Cardio & Fat
You don’t need to do Cardio to lose fat. In fact it can contribute to muscle loss. Walking 10k+ daily & Intimmitant Fasting and a High Protein diet will work much better.

At our age we need to prioritise muscle growth & real strength. We must find our edge, the point of failure, only from there can we grow.

Heartbreak, rejection, anger and relationship failure are the best types of “Pre-Workout” you can have. Channelling that emotional energy into real life long results.

There’s a reason why suicide is the biggest killer of men in the 40’s and 50’s. That’s because the persona and personality we have become no longer serves our highest calling.
