Although body building isn’t the overt goal of this strength and longevity program, because muscle mass, grip strength, are great indicators of longevity and increased quality of life, we will be following many of the protocols of tried and tested body builders. Without the need for injecting artificial hormones or drugs.

As Men get older we must lean into even greater physical challenges and deeper spiritual growth! We must die to who we were yesterday and become a new version of ourselves, stronger, deeper and wiser.
You owe it to yourself and your family to be the healthiest and strongest version of yourself for as long as possible. So you can make the most of the wealth you have worked so hard for throughout your life.
I have a “Systems Approach” to losing fat, optimising your testosterone, increasing your metabolism, gaining muscle and getting significantly stronger and healthier into your 40’s and 50’s.
There are multiple factors at play that stop you from becoming the strongest version of yourself. We need to address all of them, if you’re going to become the healthiest, fittest and sexiest version of yourself this year!
From around 40 our bodies are different, testosterone is lower, metabolism slows, we start to lose muscle and gaining muscle becomes significantly more difficult. Unfortunately the traditional PT approach of high intensity cardio, circuit training that works for women, and young men, most definitely doesn’t work for men closer to their middle-age.

Strength Is A Mindset
It’s a lifestyle, prioritising your wellbeing, reducing your stress, improving your sleep, and slowly lifting heavier and heavier stuff. As you smash your Personal Bests you gain a strength mindset which spills over into every other aspect of your life.

Channel Your Anger
Stress at work, burnout, heartbreak, mental breakdowns, anxiety, depression, rage, hate, loss, grief all need to be directed in healthy ways that make you grow and gain real inner strength and increased physical power and prowess.

Cardio & Fat
You don’t need to do Cardio to lose fat. In fact it can contribute to muscle loss. Walking 10k+ daily & Intimmitant Fasting and a High Protein diet will work much better.

You don’t need cardio to burn fat and gain muscle size. Instead we need to reduce our systemic fatigue, stress and slow the f*ck down and focus on form.

Embrace Failure!
At our age we need to prioritise muscle growth & real strength. We must find our edge, the point of failure, only from there can we grow.
Emotional Damage!
Heartbreak, rejection, anger and relationship failure are the best types of “Pre-Workout” you can have. Channelling that emotional energy into real life long results.

Let the old you die
There’s a reason why suicide is the biggest killer of men in the 40’s and 50’s. That’s because the persona and personality we have become no longer serves our highest calling.
