From 40 our bodies are different, what works for some people doesn’t work for everyone. The traditional PT approach that works for women, and some young men, most definitely doesn’t work for men in middle-age.

You don’t need to do Cardio to lose fat. In fact it can contribute to muscle loss. Walking 10k+ daily & Intermmitant Fasting and a High Protein diet will work much better.

We need to help you reduce your systemic fatigue, stress and slow the f*ck down and focus on your breath, form and movement.
